Living/dining room:
Extendable dining table seats 6, 2 leather sofas (including sofa bed), flat screen LCD TV, satellite (UK Channels), DVD/CD player, air-conditioned.

2 Sets of golf clubs are in the Villa for Guests use. Travel Cot & Steriliser available at Villa. Hire of all baby equipment can be arranged, with costs payable locally.

Clean/towels & linen:
Towels and linen are included in the price. Beach/pool towels are not provided.

Outside:
Spacious terrace leading to a private garden with own swimming pool (6mx3m). The pool is securely fenced off for safety. There is a table, 6 chairs, and parasol for your use. There is also a large upstairs solarium with 4 sun-loungers. A further 4 sun-loungers are stored in the garden storage box. A BBQ for outdoor dining is also provided.

This is a non-smoking property. It is air-conditioned in the living area with full heating from radiators in all rooms if required.
