A 25% non – refundable deposit is required when booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A £150 security deposit is also required on booking – this will be refunded after departure and once the property has been inspected.
A 60 Euro final clean charge is payable locally on arrival. Additional cleaning/linen and towel charge can be arranged to suit your needs at extra cost.
